Return Policy

 

We are committed to render complete satisfaction to our customers. In order to ensure the same, we are always ready and willing to go the extra mile for them. In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from BikenWear, you may contact us with your complaints/ feedbacks at care@bikenwear.com  and we shall revert back to you at the earliest.  

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM -

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remarks on the proof of delivery.  Customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case, product is received in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product , kindly contact us within 24 hours of receipt of product for  further necessary action. Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of communication from us. DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from us. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, we do not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product. The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery.  Please note that we shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to us and shall be done only through reliable courier. All defective products along with original invoice and condition of receipt shall have to be sent back to us within seven 7 days from receipt of confirmation from us.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the consignment as ‘Defective goods return’. In case, on examination if found that error has occurred from customer, then we will charge shipping cost again to dispatch the alternate part.

We will also not be able to accept the return if product

  •  Is used/worn or altered
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
  • Serial Number is tampered.

 

 OBLIGATION OF BIKENWEAR


 We shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately. We shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost.  In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be dispatched to you, at the cost of BikenWear. We  shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the alternate product in the event of the error having occurred at our end.

PARTIAL REFUNDS -
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, BikenWear is unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, we shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.

CREDIT ISSUES -
Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts.  Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement
