BikeNwear is committed to render complete satisfaction to their Royal Enfield Motorcycle customers.

In order to ensure the same, BikeNwear is always ready and willing to go the extra mile for their Royal Enfield Motorcycle customers.

In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from BikeNwear  , you may contact the BikeNwear Team with your complaints/ feedbacks at who shall revert back to you at the earliest. 

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remarks on the proof of delivery.  Customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that BikeNwear may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case, product is received in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product , kindly contact BikeNwear at within 24 hours of receipt of product for  further necessary action

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of communication from BikeNwear

Do not return any product, before receiving confirmation from BikeNwear.  In case any product is returned without such confirmation,BikeNwear does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery.  Please note that BikeNwear shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to BikeNwear shall be done only through reliable courier.

All defective products along with original invoice and condition of receipt shall have to be sent back to BikeNwear within seven 7 days from receipt of confirmation from BikeNwear.

Safe receipt of defective product by BikeNwear is sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the consignment as ‘Defective goods return’.

In case, on examination if found that error has occurred from customer, then BikeNwear will charge shipping cost again to dispatch the alternate part.

BikeNwear shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

BikeNwear shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost.  In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be dispatched to you, at the cost of BikeNwear.

BikeNwear shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the alternate product in the event of the error having occurred at their end.

In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, BikeNwear in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, BikeNwear shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.

Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of BikeNwear processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts.  Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.
